| 摘 要： | 目的:观察薄氏腹针疗法对中风后抑郁症的疗效。方法:65例中风后抑郁症患者,随机分为2组,治疗组33例采用薄氏腹针进行治疗,对照组32例采用传统体针进行治疗。治疗4周后,观察比较两组患者HAMD和NSD评分变化、抑郁症的临床疗效、中风病的临床疗效、治疗中患者不适和针刺意外,并进行统计学处理。结果:观察表明治疗组、对照组治疗后HAMD和NSD评分均减少,治疗后两组抑郁症临床疗效、中风病临床疗效比较,没有显著性差异(P均>0.05﹚,但是治疗组治疗期间针刺意外和患者不适感较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:薄氏腹针疗法对于中风后抑郁症有着肯定的疗效,同时针刺意外和患者不适感较少。
