音乐电针对脑出血大鼠脑组织及血清SOD和MDA的影响

摘    要:目的:通过观察脑出血模型大鼠血肿周围脑组织和血清中SOD、MDA含量变化,探讨音乐电针治疗脑出血的相关机理。方法:胶原酶加肝素注入脑尾状核诱导脑出血模型,SD成年大鼠30只随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组。治疗组针刺曲池、合谷、髀关、足三里,接音乐电针仪,每次30 min,每日1次。14 d后处死行脑组织及血清SOD、MDA测定。结果:脑组织及血清SOD、MDA治疗组较模型对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:音乐电针能促进脑出血模型大鼠的神经功能缺损恢复,提高SOD活力,增强其抗自由基损伤的能力。
