| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸疗法配合中药治疗女性迟发性痤疮的临床疗效。方法：20例迟发性痤疮的女性患者根据辨证分析情况，采用曲池、尺泽、合谷、三阴交为主穴的针刺处方，合用清肺枇杷饮加减。4周后观察疗效。结果：20例患者6例痊愈，5例显效，5例好转，4例无效。总有效率为80％。结论：针灸结合中药是治疗女性迟发性痤疮的一种安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and herbs in treating late-onset female patients with acne vulgaris.Methods:Twenty female patients with post adolescent acne received acupuncture plus oral herbs for 4 weeks.Results:There were 20 late onset female patients with acne vulgaris in the study and all patients were evaluated by Skin lesion counting before and after treatment,relieved compeletly in 11 cases,relieved obviously in 5 cases,no change in 4 patients.The total effecti... |
