| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨60 min内不同留针时间对胆囊运动影响的时效规律,为临床治疗慢性胆囊炎的最佳留针时间、针刺频次提供参考。方法:将18例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分两组,记录B超下两组中不同时间点的胆囊容积,并进行统计分析。结果:在30 min时两组胆囊容积均达到最小值,并与针前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);留针30 min组在50 min时达到半衰期,而留针60 min组在检测结束后尚未进入半衰期状态。结论:针刺阳陵泉穴能够明显促进慢性炎性胆囊的张力性舒缩运动,最佳留针时间以30 min为宜;对于慢性胆囊炎的针刺治疗,以每天针刺2次,饭前为宜。
