| 摘 要： | 目的:观察恢刺配合巨刺运动针法治疗急性期肩周炎的临床疗效,为发挥针灸优势、治疗肩周炎提供新的思路和方法。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例急性期肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用恢刺配合巨刺运动针法治疗,对照组予以常规针刺治疗,两组均为每日治疗一次,10次一疗程,治疗10次后统计疗效。比较两组治疗前后患肩疼痛VAS评分、肩关节活动度评分以及治疗后临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组临床疗效比较治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组VAS疼痛评分改善、各向关节活动度评分改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恢刺配合巨刺运动针法的临床疗效及止痛效果、改善肩关节各向活动度的作用优于常规针刺治疗。
