艾灸配合针刺治疗原发性痛经47例

目的：观察艾灸配合针刺治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效,验证艾灸治疗痛经时对针刺是否有协同作用。方法：选择87例痛经病人分成两组。治疗组47例采用针刺和艾灸并用的治疗方法,艾灸取穴关元、足三里、归来,同时对痛经伴随的不同兼症随症加减取穴。而对照组40例仅用针刺治疗,亦随症取穴。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.5%,对照组总有效率是75.0%。两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论：艾灸、针刺同时用于痛经治疗具有协同作用。
