疏风解毒胶囊防治流感体内药效学研究

目的评价疏风解毒胶囊在体内对H1N1流感病毒感染的防治作用。方法研究采用甲型H1N1流感病毒FM1株和PR8株滴鼻感染免疫低下小鼠造成肺炎模型,分别进行治疗性和预防性给药,观察小鼠肺指数、病死率,并进一步进行分子机理研究。结果①致免疫低下小鼠肺炎模型实验中,治疗性给予疏风解毒胶囊4d后,三个剂量组肺指数、肺组织中的病毒载量均明显降低;FM1株三个剂量组动物的死亡数均显著降低,PR8株中剂量组动物的存活天数显著增加;②致正常小鼠肺炎模型实验中,治疗性给药可明显降低肺组织中的病毒载量;提高小鼠肺组织IFN-γ含量,增加血清中SOD活力;并降低血清中TNF-α的含量。结论疏风解毒胶囊可通过影响小鼠免疫功能,改善流感病毒引起的小鼠肺炎症状;降低H1N1感染小鼠的肺指数,对病毒性感冒有较好的治疗;并可明显降低感染动物的死亡率,延长存活天数。

Experimental Pharmacodynamic Research in Vivo of Shufengjiedu Capsule on Treatment and Prevention of Influenza

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of in vivo treatment and protection of shufengjiedu capsule on H1N1 infection.
