| 摘 要： | 目的 观察生精周期不同阶段中表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ）在小鼠曲有管的分布规律，在进一步理解ＥＧＦＲ在生精过程中的意义。方法 通过糖原及多糖显色反应克腚曲细精管的生精周期，采用逻霉菌抗生物素蛋白－过氧化酶免疫组化技术观察ＥＧＦＲ在相应曲细精管上皮的分布。结果 曲细精管部分支持细胞和中细胞呈ＥＧＦＲ阳性反应。Ⅶ～Ⅸ早期部分精原细胞、细线期精母细胞的细胞核呈ＥＧＦＲ阳性反应。Ⅹ～Ⅺ期胸 粗线期精母细胞
