过量氟对实验大鼠血清一氧化氮含量及骨发育的影响

摘    要:目的 为了探讨一氧化氮与氟性骨关节病骨软骨损伤的关系,进行了过量氟对实验性大鼠血清 N O 含量及骨发育影响的研究。方法 测定了3种不同剂量过量氟实验性大鼠血清的 N O 含量,对 N O 含量和大鼠胫骨纵径、横径进行了相关分析。结果 氟中毒大鼠血清 N O 含量明显升高( P < 0.05),且依氟剂量的增加而递增;血清中 N O 含量与胫骨纵径、横径呈负相关。结论 过量氟致实验性大鼠血清 N O 含量升高,依染氟剂量增加而增加;过量氟影响大鼠骨发育。

Abstract:Objective In order to understand the relationship betw een nitric oxide ( N O)and the pathologic changes of bone and cartilage in skeletal fluorosis,the effect of the excess fluo ride on N O content in serum and the bone developm ent from the experim entalrats w as investigatedin this paper. M ethods The N O content in serum from the experim ental rats treated w ith threedoses fluoride w as detected,and the correlation ofthe N O content and w idth and length of tibia w asanalysed. Results N O content in serum from rats treated w ith the excess fluoride w as significantlyincreased w ith the increased dose of fluoride,and the relationship betw een the N O content and thew idth as w ell as length of rats tibias show ed a negetive correlation. Conclusions Excess fluoridecan increase the serum N O content in the experim entalrats,and the m ore fluoride in drinking w aterthe higher the sereum N O content;excess fluoride m ay im pair the bone developm ent of the experi m ental rats.
