| 摘 要： | 目的:观察蓬子菜水溶液对股动脉硬化闭塞症家兔模型的血清C-反应蛋白的影响,进一步探讨蓬子菜水溶液治疗动脉硬化闭塞症的作用机理。方法:采用复合手段制成"股动脉硬化闭塞症"家兔模型,观察蓬子菜水溶液对其血清血清C-反应蛋白的影响。结果:蓬子菜水溶液可降低股动脉硬化闭塞症家兔血清C-反应蛋白,并且明显优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:蓬子菜水溶液可降低血清C-反应蛋白,对动脉硬化闭塞症的发生发展有着很好的抑制作用,起着积极的治疗作用。
