摘    要:目的探讨大气污染对小学生肺通气功能的影响,为研究环境与健康的关系提供依据.方法在唐山市工业区、清洁区、商业区、交通区共选取小学生906名为研究对象,进行肺通气功能的测定和问卷调查.结果在均衡了4个区小学生的个人生理因素和室内空气污染因素后,工业区小学生肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV)的异常率、商业区小学生FEV的异常率、交通区小学生FVC、FEV的异常率均高于清洁区(P<0.05).结论交通区、商业区、工业区大气污染已对小学生肺通气功能产生了影响.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of air pollution on pupils'pulmonary ventilation function, and to provide basis for the research of environment and health.Methods About 906 students were drawn from industrial area, clean area, sowtown and traffic center respectively and a questionnaire was conducted to evaluate their pulmonary ventilation function.Results After individual physiology factors and indoor air pollution were balanced, the abnormal incidence of vital capacity(VC), forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume(FEV) of pupils in industrial area and the incidence of FEV of pupils in sowntown and the incidence of FCV, FEV of pupils in traffic area were significantly higher than that of pupils in clean area(P<0.05).Conclusion Air pollution of traffic center, sowntown and industrial area had effects on pupil's pulmonary ventilation.
