摘    要:作者采用^H-TdR释放实验,观察了低剂量γ射线照射的LAK细胞体外杀伤肿瘤靶细胞的影响。来自健康献血员的外周血淋巴细胞,用重组白介素2培养96小时获取LAK效应细胞,在细胞培养的不同时期给予培养中的细胞一次不同剂量的γ射线照射。

Abstract:Using a 3H-TdR release assay,the effect of low dose gammaray irradiation on cytotoxicity of LAK cells against target tumor cells in vitro was observed.Peripheral blood lymphocytes from healthy blood donors were cultured with rIL-2 for 96h to obtain LAK effector cells. LAK cells with different culture times(24, 48, 72h)were exposed to various single dose gamma-ray irradiation (0.66, 1.31, 2.62, 5.24mGy) .This experiment demonstrated that low dose gamma-ray irradiation was able to enhance cytotoxic activity of LAK cells, and the most obvious enhancement of cytotoxicity was noted in the 72h experimental group.There were statistically significant differences between the experimental groups and the control group. The results suggest that there possibly exist hormetic effects of low dose irradiation on LAK cell cytotoxicity.
