原发性输尿管癌的诊断与术后卡介苗或丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治疗

目的提高对原发性输尿管癌的诊断和治疗水平。方法回顾性分析26例原发性输尿管癌患者的临床资料，并对诊断和治疗问题进行讨论。结果本组21例患者随访4—72个月。其中9例5年内死亡，3例5年内发生膀胱移行细胞癌及远处转移，9例存活至今。结论静脉和逆行尿路造影，CT、磁共振成像、内窥镜检查对诊断很有价值。早期明确诊断并及时手术治疗是关键。卡介苗、丝裂霉素或吡柔比星膀胱灌注对预防输尿管癌术后发生膀胱癌有效。

The diagnosis and postoperative intravesical irrigation the Bacillus Calmette-Guerin or Mitomgcin treatment of primary ureteral carcinoma

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of primary ureteral transitional cell carcinoma.Methods Clinical data of 26 cases of primary ureteral carcinoma were retrospectively investigated.and the problems related to the diagnosis and treatment were discussed.Results Twenty-one cases have been followed up for 4 to 72 months.21 cases postoperative intravesical irrigation the bacillus Calmette-Guerin or Mitomycin or Pirarubicin would help in the prevention of the postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer within two years.After treatment the survived for 4 to 72 months.9 cases died in 5 years,3 developed bladder carcinoma and remote metastasis within five years and another 9 cases ale still alive up to now.Conclusion The main diagnostic were IVU and retrograde ureteropyelography,CT,MRI,cystoscopy and ureteroscopy.The early diagnosis and treatment still was the key to raise the survival rate of patients.Postoperative intravesical irrigation the Bacillus CalmetteGuerin or Mitomycin or Pirarubicin would help in the prevention of the postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.
