睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者白天嗜睡的研究

目的探讨睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)患者白天嗜睡与年龄、性别、病情等相关因素的关系。方法确诊为睡眠呼吸暂停的患者共180例,以Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)进行嗜睡评分,男、女患者根据年龄、病情(AHI为标准)进行分组,研究有无差异。结果同年龄段,男女患者白天嗜睡程度及嗜睡发生率无显著差异,但从数值上,男性ESS评分及嗜睡发生率高于女性;随年龄增长,男女患者嗜睡发生率及嗜睡评分均增高。同等程度病情组,男女患者嗜睡程度及嗜睡发生率无显著差异,但从数值上,男性ESS及嗜睡发生率高于女性;随病情加重,男女患者嗜睡发生率及嗜睡程度均有增加,男性患病率高于女性。结论排除年龄及病情的影响,男、女嗜睡程度及嗜睡发生率无差异;随病情加重,男女患者嗜睡发生率及嗜睡程度均有增加,男性患病率高于女性。

The research of somnolence in sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients

Objective To explore the correlation between somnolence and related factors such as age,sex and severity of patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(SAHS).Methods One hundred eighty patients with SAHS were grouped according to their age,sex and severity(based on AHI),somnolence was evaluated by Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)in order to reveal the difference between groups.Results The somnolence degree and incidence rate of somnolence between male and female had no significant difference in groups with the same age.However,ESS and incidence rate of somnolence in male was higher than those in female,both male and female ESS and somnolence incidence rate increased with age.There was no significant difference in degree and incidence rate of somnolence between male and female in the same illness group,the degree and incidence rate of somnolence in both male and female group increased with their disease deteriorated,the prevalence of male was higher than female.Conclusion It was showed that degree and incidence rate of somnolence between male and female have no significant difference in the same age and illness group;The degree and incidence rate of somnolence between male and female increased with their disease deteriorated,the prevalence of male was higher than female.
