造血细胞生长因子在重型再生障碍性贫血中的应用

评价造血细胞生长因子在重型再生障碍性贫血中的疗效。方法在免疫抑制剂（ＩＳ）的基础上加用造血细胞生长因子（ＨＰＧＦ）治疗重型再生障碍性贫血（ＳＡＡ）２０例。结果近期有效率达７５％、８８．９％。结论提示ＨＰＧＦ联合ＩＳ治疗ＳＡＡ具有调节免疫，刺激造血双重功效，可迅速提升外周血中性粒细胞，加快骨髓造血功能恢复，减低感染发生率，提高疗效，二者联合是治疗ＳＡＡ安全、有效的方案。

Application of hematopoietic growth factor in severe aplastic anemia

Objective To evaluate effective of hematopietic growth factor (HPGF) in the treatment of severe aplastic anemia (SAA). Methods Twenty patients with SAA received therapy consisting of cyclosprin A(CsA) and HGPF, rhG-CSF for 12 cases, rhIL-3 for 8 cases. Results The re-cently effective rate(ER) was 75% and 88. 9%. Most patients could maintain their recent ER. Conclusion HPGF with immunosuppressive agents (IS) might have the duplex effect to regulate immunereaction, stimulate hematogenesis, elevate neutropenia ANC quickly, accelerate the restoration of bonemarrow hematopiesis, reduce the infection rate and increase the responsive rate in SAA. It was suggested that HPGF in combination with IS in SAA is a safe, effective treatment.
