摘    要:目的通过观察自由基水平变化探讨急性颅脑损伤患者氦氖激光治疗的疗效。方法按照Sun改良的肾上腺素自氧化法及Uchiyama的双波长测定法,分别动态测定40例对照组和47例低能量氦氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)组患者血浆红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果治疗组LPO含量伤后第10d明显低于对照组(P<0.05);SOD活性伤后第1、5、10d明显高于对照组(P<0、05)。结论ILIB疗法能使机体清除自由基能力增加,从而减轻急性颅脑损伤患者的继发性病理生理损害。

Abstract:Objective To explore the evaluation on ILIB in patients with acute craniocerebral trauma by observing the change of free radical level. Methods The free radcal levels in plasma etythro-cytic superoxide dismutation (SOD) and lipoperoxide(LPO) of 40 contrastive groap and 47 ILIB group patients with craniocerebral trauma were determined dynamically by Sun's improved epinephrine autoxi-dization method and Uchiyama's double wavelength method. Results LPO level in plasma of treatment group on the tenth day after craniocerebral injury showed lower than that in the contrast (P<0. 05).SOD level in plasma of treatment group on the first, fifth and tenth day after craniocerebral injury showed higher than that in the contrast (P<0.05). Conclusion ILIB therapy could markedly enhance the ability of body to eliminate free radical and alleviate secondary pathophysiologic injury following craniocerebral trauma.
