| 摘 要： | 研究喉鳞癌中Ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达与预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法检测６４例喉鳞癌、１０例喉乳头状瘤、６例喉正常粘膜组织中Ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因的表达。结果１．Ｃ－ｍｙｃ在上述３种组织中表达率分别为７０％、３０％、０％，差别有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；２．Ｃ－ｍｙｃ表达与喉鳞癌ＴＮＭ分期、颈淋巴转移及５年生存期相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论Ｃ－ｍｙｃ在喉上皮中的分布与其恶性程度相关，Ｃ－ｍｙｃ表达可作为喉鳞癌病情进展和预后不良的客观指标。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to study the relationship between the expression of C-myc and itsprognosis in laryngeal squamous cell cancer. Methods The avidin biotin peroxidase method was usedto detect the expression of C-myc in 64 cases of laryngeal squamous cell cancer(LSCC), 10 cages of la-ryngeal papilloma and 6 cases of normal laryngeal tissue. Results The expression rates of C-myc in theabove three tissue were 64 %, 40%, and 0% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The expression of C-myc in LSCC was related to TNM category, cervical node metastasisand 5 years' survival of patients (P<0. 05). Conclusion The expression of C-myc is related to the degree of malignancy in laryngeal epithelial cells, and the expression of C-myc may be identified as an objective indicator of LSCC patients with a poor prognosis. |
