摘    要:目的探讨寻常型银屑病患者与肝脏疾病的关系,了解银屑病蛋白代谢障碍是否由于银屑病本身肝脏机能不全引起。方法应用高效液相色谱法,检测了能反映肝细胞代谢状态的血浆16种氨基酸。结果银屑病患者芳香族氨基酸(aromaticaminoacid,AAA包括苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸)、支链氨基酸(branched-chainaminoacid,BCAA包括亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸)及天门冬氨酸、赖氨酸高于正常人,而甘氨酸、苏氨酸低于正常人。结论提示银屑病患者存在蛋白代谢障碍,可能是肝脏机能的改变所致。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between psoriasis vu1lgaris and hepatic dis-order and the disorder of protein metabolism resulting from the abnormal hepatic function in psoriatic patients. Methods Analysing 16 plasma amino acids reflecting the metabolistic ability of hepatic cells with high per formance liquid chromatography. Results Aromatic amino acids (AAA including pheny-lalanine, tyrosine), branched-chain amino acids (BCAA including leucine, isoleucine, valine), aspartic acid and lysine were higher than normal control group, while glycine and threonine were lower than the normal control group. Conclusion The disorder of protein metabolism may be present in psoriatic pa-tients, which may result from abnormal hepatic function.
