| 摘 要： | 研究伴糖尿病的脑梗死患者脑血流量。方法随机选择４１例单纯脑梗死、４４例伴高血压病的脑梗死、３８例伴糖尿病脑梗死、４２例伴糖尿病和高血压病的脑梗死患者，以１３３Ｘｅ吸入法测定脑血流量，并在恢复期复查。结果另３种类型脑梗死患者脑血流量下降均较单纯脑梗死明显，Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１；巨以伴糖尿病和高血压病的脑梗死患者尤明显，与其他类型比较，Ｐ＜０．０１；恢复期单纯脑梗死患者脑血流量与正常对照组相似，而其他类型脑梗死虽改善，但仍低于正常对照组，Ｐ＜００５～０．０１，且以伴糖尿病和高血压病者脑血流量恢复最差。结论糖尿病合并高血压病进一步减少脑梗死患者脑血流量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study cerebral blood flow (CBF) in patients with cerebral infarctionand NIDDM. Methods There were four groups: pure cerebral infarction in 41 cases, complicated withhypertension in 44 cases, complicated with NIDDM in 38 cases, complicated with NIDDM and hypertension in 42 cases. All patients were determined by ~133 Xe inhalation method in acute and recovery stage.Results CBF were apparently lower in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hypertensionor NIDDM (p<0. 05-0. 01),especially in patients complicated with hypertension and NIDDM (p<0.01 ). In recovery stage, except pure cerebral infarction,in other kinds cerebral infarction, CBF was low-er than that in normal control group (P<0. 05-0. 01); in patients complicated with hypertension andNIDDM, CBF was the lowest. Conclusion The CBF was much decreased in the patients with cerebralinfarction complicated with NIDDM and hypertension. |
