注射用阿奇霉素治疗急性细菌性感染的临床研究

目的：评价国产注射用阿奇霉素治疗急性细菌性感染的疗效与安全性。方法：用随机表法，将50例急性细菌性感染患者分为随机对照A组（20例）、随机对照B组（20例）和开放试验组（10例）。国产注射用阿奇霉素用于随机对照A组和开放试验组，每天0．5g，疗程5－7天；国产注射用乳糖酸红霉素用于随机对照组B组，每天1．0g，疗程5－7天。结果：随机对照A组和随机对照B组治疗呼吸道感染的有效率分别为80％和90％。两组比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。随机对照A组和随机对照B组治疗泌尿道感染的有效率分别为90％和80％，两组比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；随机对照A组和随机对照B组的总有效率均为85％。开放试验组的总有效率为60％。随机对照A组、随机对照B组和开放试验组的细菌清除率分别为84％、92％和78％，组间比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：国产注射用阿奇霉素治疗急性细菌性感染安全可靠。

Clinical study on treating acute bacterial infections with Inj. Azithromycin

Objective:To evaluate efficacy and safety of domestic Inj. Azithromycin in the treatment of acute bacterial infections. Method: Fifty patients with various acute bacterial infections were randomly divided into 3 groups; 20 patients of Treatment Group A received domestic Azithromycin injection 0. 5 g each day; 20 patients of Control Group B received lactobionic acid erythromycin, injected 1 g each day,and 10 patients of Open Treatment Group received Azithromycin treatment with dose similar to Group A. Results; In Group A and Group B, the effective rates were 80% and 90% respectively (,P>0. 05) for patients with respiratory tract infections,and 90% and 80% (P>0. 05)respectively for urinary tract infections. In both of the 2 groups,the global effective rates for bacterial infections were 85%. In Open Treatment Group,the global effective rate was 60%. Conclusion:The domestic Inj. Azithromycin is effective and safe in treating acute bacterial infections.
