儿童臀部硬纤维瘤的治疗体会

目的：探讨减少儿童臂部硬纤维瘤术后的复发以及术后臂肌功能重建的必要性。方法：对１９７４年５月～１９９９年１月手术切除治疗的２８例儿童臂部硬纤维瘤患儿进行平均５．５年的追踪随访总结分析。结果：初期采用一般切除术治疗的９例有５例复发；改用广泛切除术治疗的２４例（包括前期复发的５例），仅有３例复发。有２１例术后有不同程度的下肢跛行，对跛行严重的患儿进行了臂肌功能重建，步态获得了明显改善。结论：广泛切除治

The Treatment of Desmoid on Buttock in Children

Objective:To explore how to lower down the recurrence of desmoidon buttock in children and to discuss the necessity of re-establishment of the function of gluteal muscles after operation.Methods:Excision was carried out 28 desmoids on buttock in children from 1974 to 1999,the average duration of follow-up was 5 5 years.Results:Operations included:routine excision in 9 cases with 5 recurrences while extensive excision in 24 cases with only 2 recurrences.There were 21 cases with limp in varying degrees.Functional re-establishment of gluteal function was carried out on those with serious limp and the symptom was improved remarkably.Conclusions:Extensive excision is a effective way for reducing the recurrence of hip desmoid in children,and functional glutei re-establishment is very necessary for improving gait after operation and keeping the stability of pelvis.
