膀胱肿瘤的CT表现及病理对照分析

目的：探讨膀胱肿瘤的CT表现与病理类型间的联系。材料与方法：回顾分析24例膀胱肿瘤的CT表现与手术病理结果。结果：24例膀胱肿瘤中血管瘤1例，内翻乳头状瘤2例，乳头状瘤7例，移行细胞癌11例，腺癌2例，鳞状细胞癌1例。CT表现为膀胱壁广泛不均匀增厚11例，单发结节6例，多发结节状影2例，不规则团块状影5例。结论：膀胱肿瘤的CT表现与病理类型间存在一定联系，藉此可对部分病例作出定性诊断。

A Comparative Study of Bladder Neoplasms between CT and Pathological Examination

Purpose:To investigate the correlation between CT features and pathological type of bladder neoplasms.Materails and Methods:CT features of 24 cases of bladder neoplasms were compared with their pathological results.Results:Pathological examination showed that there were 11 cases of transitional cell carcinoma and 7 cases of papilloma,2 cases of inverted papilloma and adenocarinoma,1 case of hemangioma,spuamons cell carcinoma of these 24 cases.CT lesions of these cases be classified as bellow:(1)diffusely thicken bladder wall(n=11);(2)single/multi nodules(n=8);(3)irregular masses (n=5).Conclusion:There were certain relationship between the pathological type and CT lesions.Some cases of bladder neoplasm can be diagnosed by CT.
