| 摘 要： | 本文报告128例肝豆状核变性患者口服青霉胺治疗,45例产生各种副反应。其中40例用药后4wk内即发生副反应,而以白细胞减少为多见,其次为药疹,皮肤紫癜及齿龈出血等。因此在服用青霉胺期间,应定期检查血象、谷丙转氨酶及尿蛋白。随访1-10yr未发现免疫复合物型肾炎。

| Abstract: | Penieillamine was used to treat a consecutive series of 128 patients with hepatolenticular degeneration(Wil-son's disease) .Adverse reactions occurred in 45patients(32M, 13F,aged 7-39 yr, av 16 + SD 9 yr), manifested by leukope-nia(18), skin rashes(10), thrombocyto-p.enic purpura and anaphylactoid pur-pura (6),.In addition, aplastic anemia, epistuxis and gums bleed, dysorexia orvomiting, abdominal distention and dia-rrhea, constipation and elevation of SGPT had been found. These reactions developed as early us several hours to as late as 66 d after medication. |
