不同联合手术方式治疗白内障合并青光眼的疗效对比分析

目的观察不同联合手术方式治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果。方法选择110例青光眼合并白内障的病人,随机分为实验组60例与对照组50例,白内障超声乳化人工晶状体置入联合小梁切除术作为实验组,白内障囊外摘除和人工晶体置入联合青光眼小梁切除术作为对照组,观察2组临床效果。结果 2组5～20（9.7±4.8）个月的平均随访时间,控制眼压和恢复视力的作用相似;2组的角膜散光、手术并发症比较,实验组明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论青光眼合并白内障宜采用超声乳化摘除＋人工晶状体置入＋青光眼小梁切除的手术方式,该方法安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Different Combinations of Surgical Treatment of Cataract Patients with Glaucoma Compared

Objective To observe the combined surgical treatment of cataract and glaucoma clinical effects.Methods 110 cases of glaucoma and cataract patients,60patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group,50cases of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy as an experimental group,extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation combined Glaucoma as a control group,the clinical effects were observed.Results5～20（9.7±4.8）months,the average follow-up time,control of intraocular pressure and restore the role of visual similarity;two groups of corneal astigmatism,surgical complications,the experimental group was significantly less than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Glaucoma and cataract should adopt phacoemulsification＋intraocular lens implantation＋trabeculectomy surgical method,the method is safe and effective and is worthy of clinical application.
