ICU感染的原因分析与护理措施

目的探讨重症监护室（ICU）感染的原因与护理措施。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年10月我院ICU发生感染的患者92例的临床资料。结果年龄方面是超过60岁的患者最多54.35%（50/92）。感染部位方面是下呼吸道最多48.91%（45/92）。基础疾病方面是脑血管疾病最多22.83%（21/92）。病菌方面是真菌类感染最多25.0%（23/92）。结论在ICU病室管理中,应通过各个方面的途径来降低感染率,为患者创造一个良好的医治环境,严格遵守无菌原则,科学运用抗生素。
