感染病科护士工作压力状况的质性研究

目的了解和探讨感染病科护士照顾急性传染病患者时所面临的工作压力。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,深入访谈了感染病科8名注册护士。结果感染病科护士的工作压力主要归纳为3个主题：（1）不良的生理反应;（2）不良的心理反应：表现为安全感缺失、发生职业暴露后对感染的恐惧;（3）不良的社会反应：表现为社会适应能力的改变。结论要对在感染病科工作的护士进行广泛而持续的支持,从而使他们更好地照顾急性传染病患者。

Qualitative research on stress state of nurses working in infectious disease department

Objective To learn and probe into the working stress faced by nurses working in infectious disease department.Methods To apply phenomenology method of qualitative research by interviewing 8 nurses working in the department.Results Their working stress can be summarized into 3 topics: (1) Adverse physiological effects; (2)Adverse psychological effect, typical of lack of sense of security and dread of getting infected after occupational exposure;(3) Adverse social effect, typical of changes in social adaptability.Conclusions To offer extensive and persistent support to the nurses so that they can take better care of the patients.
