冠脉血管病变程度及危险因素的相关性分析

摘    要:目的对具有不同血管病变严重程度的冠心病患者的危险因素进行研究分析,为冠心病二级预防提供循证医学证据。方法连续性观察262例支架植入(PCI)的冠心病患者,记录患者血管造影特征,收集包括近年来研究报道的危险因素在内的临床资料,分析患者病变程度及与危险因素的关系。结果单因素统计分析结果表明糖尿病,高血压,血脂异常以及体重指数等传统危险因素并不能增加冠心病患者血管病变严重程度,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而不同年龄组心源性心衰患者组间比较差异具有统计学意义(F=3.688,P〈0.05)。结论冠心病患者的血管病变严重程度与临床传统危险因素无明显相关性,即传统危险因素在加快促进冠心病进程时却对血管病变严重程度产生的影响无明显差别,而随着年龄的增加,患者血管病变严重程度会增加。

Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors of various lesion severity of coronal heart disease and provide the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.Methods 262 patients of coronary heart disease with stent implantation were observed continuously. The angiographic features were recorded, clinical data was collected.Results The results showed that the risk factor including diabetes, hypertension, and body mass index can not increase the severity of patients with coronary artery disease (P>0.05). Only age had clinical significance in our study(F=3.688,P<0.05).Conclusions The traditional risk factors possible accelerated the process of the coronary heart disease, but had no significant difference in the severity of the coronary artery lesion. With age increasing, severity of coronary artery lesion will increase.
