| 摘 要： | 目的：研究骨肌康搽剂（GJKL）对软组织损伤的治疗作用及治疗骨质增生的机理。方法：造成动物软组织损伤，通过外观及组织学变化观察治疗作用；体外骨细胞培养，观察对成骨细胞及破骨细胞活动的影响。结果：GJKL对软组织损伤有明显加速其恢复作用，对成骨细胞功能受到抑制，而破骨细胞数量明显增加，破骨活动加强。结论：GJKL对软组织损伤有治疗作用，治疗骨质增生是通过减少异常骨质形成。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the therapeutic effects of GJKL(Gujikang liniment) on soft tissue injury and hyperostosis and its mechanisms in treatment of hyperostosis. METHODS:The model of soft tissue injury included by striking was used, the therapeutic effects were observed by gross and histology, the role of GJKL on the osteoblast and osteoclast was observed by cell culture in vitro .RESULTS:GJKL markedly accelerated the recovery of injured soft tissue, inhibited from osteoblast function, increased the amount of osteoclast and enhanced its role.CONCLUSION:GJKL had the therapeutic effect for soft tissue injury and hyperostosis, its mechanism of treatment with hyperostosis was due to decreasing the formation of abnormal sclerotin. |
