医学院校本科大学生的亚健康状况及其影响因素

目的探讨医学院校本科大学生的亚健康现状及其影响因素,旨在为提高大学生的健康水平提供依据。方法 2011年12月,采用一般情况调查表和亚健康状态评价标准问卷(suboptimal health status questionnaire-25,SHSQ-25)对南京中医药大学320名本科大学生进行调查,并分析亚健康状况及其影响因素。结果本科大学生亚健康发生率为24.92%,临界状态者(25≤评分35分)占32.36%。大学生亚健康影响因素有性别(P=0.012),入睡时间(P=0.016)和压力(P0.01)。结论医学院校本科大学生亚健康发生率低于国内其他报道,但本科大学生的健康状况仍应该引起重视,学校管理者应根据亚健康发生的影响因素采取有针对性的措施。

Suboptimal Health Status and Its Influencing Factors for Undergraduate Students in Medical University

Objective To explore the current suboptimal health situation and its influencing factors for undergraduate students in medical university, so as to provide basic information to increase the health level of university students. Methods A total of 320 undergraduates from university of medicine were investigated by general condition chart and suboptimal health status questionnaire-25 （SHSQ-25） to analyze the suboptimal health situation and its influencing factors. Results The incidence of suboptimal health was 24. 92 % among undergraduate students and scores ranged between 25 and 35 accounted for 32. 36 %. The influencing factors of suboptimal health were gender（P=0. 012） ,time used to fall asleep（P=0. 016） ,and stress （ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The incidence of suboptimal health was lower than other reports. However, the halth si tuation of undergraduate students should be paid attention to-and management should take pertinence action to solve the problem based on influencing factors.
