肿瘤医院护士职业防护行为与健康状况的相关性

目的了解肿瘤医院护士的职业防护行为与其健康状况的相关性,为临床护理管理者制定并实施防护措施提供依据。方法方便性抽样选择哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院临床工作2年以上的护理人员306名,采用护理人员化疗防护情况调查问卷及自测健康评定量表对其进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤医院护理人员的防护行为评分为(51.31±19.75)分;自测健康总分为(7.27±0.97)分;防护行为的4项评分及总评分均与自测健康总分存在相关性(均P0.05)。结论肿瘤医院护士的化疗职业防护行为能够影响其健康状况,临床护理管理者和从业者要重视并采取行之有效的措施,将护士的职业危害降至最低,以保证职业安全。

Correlations between Occupational Protective Behaviors and Health Status among Nurses in Tumor Hospital

Objective To understand the correlations between occupational protective behaviors and health status among nurses in tumor hospital, so as to provide the basis for clinical nurse managers to develop and implement protective measures. Methods By convenience sampling, a total of 306 tumor hospital nurses whose working time were longer than two years were recruited and assessed by Nurses Chemotherapy Protection Questionnaire and Self-rated Health Rating Scale. Results Score of nurses protective behavior in cancer hospital was 51. 31 ± 19.75, self-rated health total score of 7. 27±0. 97 .and significant correlations were found between the 4 items＇ scores, the total score of the protective behavior and self-rated health score （P〈O. 05）. Conclusion Tumor hospital nurses＇ chemotherapy protective behavior can affect their health status, clinical nurse managers and practitioners should pay attention and take effective measures to minimize the occupational hazards and to ensure the safety of their career.
