| 摘 要： | 目的：观察曲衍海动态取穴法对胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法：选择以胃脘部痛为主症的病人70例,采用PEMS3.1统计软件随机单盲分组为研究组与对照组各35例。对照组采用常规分寸取穴法,直接取双侧足三里和中脘穴针刺。研究组采用曲衍海动态取穴法,即分别在足三里穴及其上下（约2寸范围）循足阳明经、在中脘穴及其周围（胃脘区）取压痛最敏感点针刺。两组均每日治疗1次,每次30 m in,中间行针2次,观察治疗7天,比较两组取穴方法治疗效果。结果：研究组与对照组愈显率分别为91.4%和57.1%,研究组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：曲衍海动态取穴法对胃脘痛的治疗效果更为显著。 |
