| 摘 要： | 目的:观察整脊疗法配合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将87例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组44例,其中治疗组采用整脊疗法配合针灸疗法治疗,对照组采用常规推拿按摩配合针灸疗法治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈24例,显效14例,好转2例,总有效率为93.0%,对照组治愈17例,显效11例,好转8例,总有效率为81.8%;两组疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:整脊疗法配合针灸疗法对神经根型颈椎病的治疗明显优于常规推拿按摩配合针灸疗法。
