| 摘 要： | 目的：肥胖症给患者的生活、工作及社交带来极大的困难,近年来针灸疗法在单纯性肥胖症治疗中形成许多新方法、新理论,本文就单纯性肥胖症针灸治疗方法及机理研究进行综合述评。方法：计算机检索CNKI、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊数据库、CMFD等资料库,检索时间自2000～2009年,获取针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症相关文献综合分析。结果：共有20篇文献纳入分析范围,结果显示针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症有一定疗效,方法各异,但缺乏高质量临床研究文献。结论：针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症有一定疗效,方法多样灵活,但孰优孰劣尚难判定,临床机理研究相对实验室机理研究展开不足,期待开展多中心大样本高质量的临床研究工作,为针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症提供理论依据与支持。
