| 摘 要： | 本文通过对13所协作医学院校11门基础医学课程近3年试卷的分析，针对其共性与个性设计了学生考试用的基础医学综合考试试题库，设计了章表、知识点表、试卷题型分配表、试卷难度分配表、试题指标表等并将其作为试题库的结构，用于存放各门课程的教学要求和试题、试卷信息，为开发满足教学大纲和用户要求的具有自动组卷功能的通用试题库管理系统奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and the characteristics of the exam papers of basic sciences which were from 13 medical universities over the past 3 years,we designed the item pool of basic medical sciences for comprehensive medical examination. For the structure designing we developed the forms for chapter,key knowledge.test paper index,and item index etc.The purpose is to set up a basis for making a universal item pool that has the function of automatically forming a testing paper and can meet the requirements of both teaching syllabus and users. |
