| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨P53、P21和MDM2蛋白在新疆维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌中发生、发展中的作用以及相互关系.方法:采用免疫组化方法检测79例维族宫颈癌组织和40例维族正常宫颈组织中P53、P21和MDM2蛋白表达情况.结果:宫颈癌组织中P53蛋白的阳性表达率为68.4%,明显高于正常对照组12.5%(P＜0.01);P21蛋白阳性表达率96.2%,明显高于正常对照组35.0%(P＜0.01);MDM2蛋白阳性表达率为39.2%(31/79),明显高于正常对照组10.0%(P＜0.01).结论:P53、P21和MDM2蛋白的高表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the interaction between P53 and P21 protein in cervical carcinoma of Uigur Women in Xinjiang.Methods:the P53 and P21 proteins were detected by using immunohistochemistry in 80 cases of cervical carcinoma and 34 cases of normal cervica.Results:The exprssion of P53 protein was significantly higher in cervical carcinoma than that in normal controls(P<0.05);the expression of P21 protein was significantly higher in cervical carcinoma than that in normal controls(P=0.0000).Conclusion:Over expression of the P53 and P21 protein promote the development of cervical carcinoma. |
