腹腔镜经腹腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术39例报告

目的:总结腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床经验。方法:回顾分析2007年8月至2008年8月我院应用腹腔镜行经腹腹膜前疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝39例患者的临床资料。结果:39例均成功完成手术,无中转开腹。手术时间40~120min,术后3~5d出院,无出血、感染、血肿等并发症发生。随访6~18个月无复发。结论:经腹腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术既有无张力疝修补术的优点,又有腹腔镜技术的优点,是一种安全可靠的术式,值得在基层医院推广。

Laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis for inguinal hernia:with a report of 39 cases

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia.Methods:The clinical data of 39 cases with inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy between Aug.2007 and Aug.2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All cases were operated successfully,no case had to convert to open surgery.The operative time ranged from 40 to 120min.The postoperative hospitalization was 3-5d.No hemorrhage,infection or hematoma was found.Postoperative follow-up ranged from 6 to 18 months.No inguinal hernia relapsed.Conclusions:Laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy has the advantage of tension-free hernioplasty and laparoscopy.It is safe and reliable,deserves to be recommended in grass-roots hospitals.
