培菲康联合藿香正气软胶囊治疗老年人肠道菌群失调性腹泻的疗效观察

目的观察培菲康联合藿香正气软胶囊治疗老年肠道菌群失调性腹泻的疗效。方法收集医院2012年1月至12月门诊和住院的肠道菌群失调性腹泻老年患者72例，随机均分为培菲康组和培菲康联合藿香正气软胶囊组，治疗前后均进行大便常规和大便菌群检查，比较两组的疗效。结果培菲康联合藿香正气软胶囊和培菲康治疗的总有效率分别为94．44％和88．89％（P〉0。05），两组粪便中5R．歧杆菌和乳杆菌的数量明显增多（P〈0．05）；腹痛症状消失率分别为100．00％和92．00％（P〉0．05）；培菲康联合藿香正气软胶囊组的起效时间明显快于培菲康组（P〈0．05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论与培菲康相比，培菲康联合藿香正气软胶囊治疗老年肠道菌群失调性腹泻起效快，两者效果相当。

Clinical efficacy of Bifid Lriple Viable combined with Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule in Treatment of Diarrhea Induced by Intestinal Flora Alteration

Objective To investigate the Clinical efficacy of Bifid Lriple Viable combined with Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule for diar- rhea induced by intestinal flora alteration. Methods 72 cases with diarrhea induced by intestinal flora alteration were selected. They were divided into 2 groups randomly,and treated with Bifid Lriple Viable and Bifid Lriple Viable combined with Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule, respectively. The clinical efficacy of two groups was analyzed and compared with each other by the statistical method. Results The effective rates of Bifid Lriple Viable combined with Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule and Bifid Lriple Viable were 94. 44% and 88.89% , respectively, there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05）. The amount of Bifidobacterium, Lac- tobacillus in faeces of both group increased markedly（P 〈 0.05）.The rates of abdominal pain disapperaration were 100.00% and 92.00% （P 〉 0. 05）. Bifid Lriple Viable combined with Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule started to act earlier than Bifid Lriple Viable（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no adverse reaction in both group. Conclusion Bifid Lriple Viable plus Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule and Bifid Lriple Viable can promote the healing of diarrhea induced by intestinal flora alteration. Bifid Lriple Viable combined with Huoxiang Zbengqi soft capsule started to act earlier than Bifid Lriple Viable.
