中医护理学内涵与外延的探讨

探讨了中医护理学学科的内涵与外延。提出中医护理学内涵丰富,包含护理理论、护理方法和独特的护理技能3个层面。中医护理学的外延广阔,在研究对象方面,既涉及病人的疾病护理、病后调摄与康复,又涉及人群的养生保健与防未病;在临床实践方面,既涉及医院的专科护理,又涉及社区护理;在学科任务方面既包括临床护理,还包括护理管理、护理教育与护理科研。在中医护理学内涵与外延的结构框架内,就如何突出中医护理学特色与优势,实现学科的现代化与国际化,探讨了中医护理学内涵建设的3个目标。

Discussion of connotation and extension of Chinese nursing

This paper discusses connotation and extension of Chinese nursing. Chinese nursing is rich in contents and includes three aspects of nursing theory,nursing methods and unique nursing techniques. Being wide in extension,Chinese nursing,in terms of research subjects,deals with nursing of the diseased,health care after disease,and prevention before disease. In clinical practice,it involves both hospital nursing and community nursing. In terms of subject tasks,it ranges from clinical nursing,nursing management,nursing education to nursing research. Three objectives of subject building are explored concerning how to emphasize characteristics and advantages of Chinese nursing under its framework of connotation and extension for the purpose of modernization and internationalization of the subject.
