| Abstract: | ABSTRACT In order to perform precise chromosome analysis, we have to have enough knowledge of cytogenetics, refined techniques and good communication between clinicians and cytogeneticists. This short note shows several examples of easily misdiagnosed chromosome abnormality and several suggestions for precise cytogenetic diagnosis. |
