| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Dyract、光固化复合树脂两种材料修复楔状缺损的效果。方法选择个体条件基本相同的楔状缺损患牙以两种材料分别予以修复,共236例686个牙。结果所有牙齿治疗后6～24个月随访复查。两组有效率分别为91.1%和70.7%,有显著性差异。结论用Dyract修复楔状缺损疗效比用光固化复合树脂更理想。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of two material(Dyract and light-curing composite)on restorationof dental wedge-shaped. Methods 686 teeth with wedge-shaped were randomly divided into two groups:346 teeth wererestored by Dyract and 340 teeth by light-curing composite.Result All teeth were followed-up for 6 months to2 years after restored.The effective ratios were 91.1% and 70.7%(P < 0.01)respectively.Conclusion It wassuggested that restoration of dental wedge-shaped defects with Dyract was better than with light-curingcomposite. |
