摘    要:本文报导PEG沉淀试验检测不同临床病型日本血吸虫病人血清免疫复台物,结果44例急性期病人及22例晚期病人复合物均值含量高于正常人均值,P<0.01,差异显著;52例慢性期病人免疫复合物均值与68例正常人均值无明显差异。

Detection Circulation Immune Complexes in Sera of Different Type Schistosomiasis Patient Using Polyethylene Glycol Precipitation

Abstract:PEG of final concentration of 3.5% was used for the precipitation of circulating immune complexes in sera of different type schistosomiasis. Serum samples were obtained from 118 patients of three types schistosomlasis and 68 healthy persons were used as control, Sera of the PEG precipitation was determined with a UV-120-02 spectrophometer. The results have showan that the average absorbance values of circulation immune complexets (CIC) in sera from 44 cases of acute schistosomiasis, 52 cases of chronic, 22 cases of an advanced stage, 68 casess of healthy persons are 1.25, 0.34, 0.99, 0.33 respectively. It is suggested that the average absorbance values of CIC in sera from acute infected and an advanced stage are markedly higher than those of PEG precipitated in sera from chronic, healthy person. These results show that the levels of CIC in sera using PEG precipitation might be useful for indicating the state of schistosomiasis. The production mechanism of circulation immune complexes and significance of these changes were discussed.
