| 摘 要： | 目的:观察KGF对离体培养的EEC生长和分泌CA125的影响。方法:体外培养增殖期EEC,加入不同浓度KGF作用后,MTT法检测OD值了解细胞生长情况,磁酶免法测定CA125分泌。结果:①不同浓度KGF对EEC的生长、分泌均有刺激作用,以50ng/ml作用最明显;②MTT法所测OD值与CA125浓度有显著的相关性。结论:KGF可促进体外培养的增殖期EEC生长和分泌,EEC分泌CA125的量与细胞生长有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of keratinocyte growth factor(KGF)on growth and CA125 secretion of cultured endometrial epithelial cells(EEC)in vitro.Methods:The EECs were separated and cultured with KGF of different concentration.The growth curves were protracted by MTT method.CA125 quantities were determined by MAIA.Results:KGF of different concentration can increase OD values and CA125 concentration of EECs significantly(P<0.05).OD values of EECs was correlative significantly with concentration of CA125(P<0.05).Conclusion:KGF can enhance growth and CA125 secretion of cultured EECs.Concentration of CA125 is correlative significantly with growth of EECs. |
