心理健康教育干预对首发住院精神分裂症患者家属心理状态的影响

目的探讨心理健康教育干预对首发精神分裂症患者家属心理状态的矫治效果。方法将108例首发精神分裂症患者的113名家属随机分为研究组（心理健康教育干预组）59例,对照组54例,分别在入院时、干预6周后进行抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、艾森克人格量表（EPQ）评分。结果研究组干预6周后抑郁、焦虑程度显著降低（P〈0.01）,且抑郁、焦虑减轻程度明显大于对照组（P〈0.01）,具有不稳定性人格特征的家属干预6周后抑郁、焦虑减轻程度明显大于稳定性人格特征的家属（P〈0.01）。结论首发精神分裂症患者家属存在不同程度的心理和情绪障碍,通过心理健康教育干预能不同程度地减轻患者家属的抑郁、焦虑情绪和具有不稳定性人格特征家属的抑郁、焦虑情绪。

Impact of Mental Health Education Intervention on the Mental State of the First Families of Hospitalized Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the treatment effect of psychological health education intervention for the mental state of families of patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 113 families of 108 cases of first-episode schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into study group （mental health education intervention group） of 59 cases and control group of 54 cases. After 6-week intervention,they were evaluated with self-rating depression scale （SDS）,self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and eysenck personality inventory （EPQ）. Results The degree of depression and anxiety of the study group significantly decreased 6 weeks after the intervention （P〈0.01） and the decrease was more obvious than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. The decrease of depression and anxiety of the families with unstable characteristic was more obvious than that of the other 6 weeks after the intervention （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The families of the first-episode schizophrenia patients exist various mental and emotional disorders. Mental health education intervention can relieve their depression and anxiety in a way.
