| 摘 要： | 本文对６４例海洛因成瘾者使用中药易解宁口服液和盐酸丁丙诺啡对照治疗１０天，对比两者在抗戒断症状、对下丘脑－垂体－性腺轴功能指标影响方面的作用强度。结果表明中药易解宁口服液控制戒断症状的逐日递减总分、恢复紊乱的性激素功能方面明显优于丁丙诺啡（Ｐ〈０．０１）。

| Abstract: | In this study,64 heroin addicts were divided randomly and took the Chinese drug Yijiening and western medicine for 10 days to observe the relative effect of the two kinds of medicines in antagonizing the abstinence symptoms and on the indexes of the thalamus-hypophysis-gonad axis function.The result showed that Yijiening had much better effect in controuing abstinence symptoms and restoring the function of sex hormones( P <0.01). |
