| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤性血腹病人的早期诊断和救治的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析我院 2 6例外伤性血腹患者的临床资料及早期诊断和救治的措施。结果 治愈 2 4例 ,死亡 2例。结论 外伤性血腹病情复杂严重 ,合并伤多 ,务必边救治边诊断 ,并按通气———输液———博动———止血程序进行早期救治 ,以提高救治的存活率和伤员的生存质量

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the clinic value of incipient diagnosis and cure of traumatic hematocelia patients. Methods: Respectively analyze the clinical data and measures taken in the course of incipient diagnosis and cure of 26 traumatic hematocelia patients in our hospital. Results: 24 patients were cured successfully, while another 2 died. Conclusion: The condition of traumatic hematocelia patients is often severe and complex, with lots of concurrent traumas. Therefore, in order to improve the survival rate and the existence quality, we must carry out diagnosis and cure in the same time, and incipient diagnosis and cure should be conducted in the order of ventilation-transfusion-pulsation-hemostasis. |
