摘    要:目的探讨不同因素对N-琥珀酰壳聚糖特性黏度的影响。方法利用乌氏黏度计测量N-琥珀酰壳聚糖在不同离子强度、pH值、热、光照和表面活性剂作用下特性黏度的变化,并与玻璃酸进行比较。结果随离子强度和pH值的增加、加热和光照时间的延长,N-琥珀酰壳聚糖的特性黏度随之降低,能与阴离子和非离子表面活性剂相容。结论在相同的实验条件下,N-琥珀酰壳聚糖的特性黏度受多种因素的影响小于玻璃酸。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the effects of various factors on the intrinsic viscosity of N-succinyl-chitosan. Methods The intrinsic viscosity of N-succinyl-chitosan was measured under different conditions such as ionic strengths, pH value, heat, light and surfactants by viscosmeter, and compared with that of hyaluronic acid. Results The intrinsic viscosity of N-succinyl-chtosan deceased with the increase of ionic strength, pH value, time of heating and lighting, and N-succinyl-ehtosan was compatible with anionic and nonionic surfacrants. Conclusion The effects of various factors on the intrinsic viscosity of N-succinyl-chitosan are less than that of hyaluronic acid under the same experimental conditions.
