护生反思日记在耳鼻喉科临床带教中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨反思日记法在耳鼻喉科临床带教中的作用。方法将2008年实习护生58人,按来科实习先后时间分为试验组和对照组,对试验组护生进行反思日记书写方法培训,要求实习中每周完成反思日记2~3篇;对照组护生则不进行反思日记培训也不令其书写反思日记,其余实习要求和任务均相同。收集带教老师意见、护生意见及护理实践考核成绩。结果带教老师对试验组满意度明显高于对照组,对单科实习满意度试验组高于对照组,实践考核试验组高于对照组。结论反思日记法能提高护生的学习主动性及评判性思维能力,能促进带教老师及时发现护生学习动态及需求,有效提高护生的临床综合能力和自信心的增强。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of reflection diary method in clinical teaching of ENT department. Methods A total of 58 practice nursing students of 2008 were divided into test group and control group according to the practice order; the nursing students in test group were performed with writing method training of reflection diary and required to write 2-3 reflection diaries each week during the practice period, while the nursing students in control group had no training and were not required to write reflection diary, and other practice requirements and missions were the same. Opinions of the teachers and nursing students and examination scores of nursing practice were collected. Results The teachers' satisfaction degree for test group was significant higher than that of control group; the practice satisfaction degree of single department of test group was higher than that of control group; the practice examination scores of test group was higher than that of control group. Conclusions Reflection diary method can improve the activeness and critical thinking ability of the nursing students, help the teachers to find the study dynamic state and requirement of the nursing students, improve the clinical integration capability and enhance the confidence of the nursing students effectively.
