氟伐他汀对女性急性冠脉综合征患者血清hs-CRP的影响

目的探讨氟伐他汀对女性急性冠脉综合征患者血清hs-CRP影响。方法对49例女性急性冠脉综合征患者(ACS组)和41例女性健康人(健康对照组)用乳胶增强免疫比浊法定量检测hs-CRP及其他生化指标,将ACS组患者随机分为氟伐他汀组25例,常规治疗组24例。分别在用药治疗4周后检测上述指标。结果ACS组治疗前hs-CRP明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);氟伐他汀组治疗4周后较常规治疗组hs-CRP降低(P<0.05)。结论炎症反应在急性冠脉综合征中起一定作用,hs-CRP可能是冠心病独立危险因素之一。氟伐他汀能降低血清hs-CRP浓度,有抗炎作用,能降低冠心病患者发生ACS的危险。这同样适用女性患者。

Influence of Fluvastatin on serum high sensitivity C reactive protein in women with acute coronary syndrome

Objective It is to discuss the influence of Fluvastatin on serum high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in women with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods The hs-CRP and other biochemical indexes in ACS group in which there were 49 female patients and healthy control group in which there were 41 female healthy persons were quantitatively detected with emulsio enhanced immunoturbidimetry.The ACS patients were randomly divided into Fluvastatin group in which there were 25 patients and routine treatment group in which there were 24 patients.The above indexes were respectively detected after treatment for four weeks. Results The hs-CRP in ACS group before treatment was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and that in Fluvastatin group after treatment for four weeks were debased than that in routine treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Inflammatory reaction plays a definite role in ACS,and hs-CRP may be an independent risk factor of coronary heart disease.Fluvastatin can debase the serum concentration of hs-CRP and has anti-inflammatory action.This is samely suit of female patients.
