肺结核病人低发现率的社会、经济影响因素研究

目的找出重庆地区肺结核病人低发现率的社会经济影响因素，为提出有效的、适合重庆地区的病人发现模式提供依据，努力提高病人发现水平。方法本次研究主要采用了个人深入访谈、专题小组讨论、问题分析和矩阵排序等多种定性研究的方法，对包括结核病现症病人、一般居民、结防专业机构的医护人员等进行了采访。结果结核病健康教育和宣传不足、结防专业机构实验室痰涂片检查能力不强、乡村医生业务素质不高等因素影响了肺结核病人的发现工作。结论必须采取有效的措施，加大宣传力度，普及防痨知识及落实有关防治政策；增加政府投入，加强结防专业机构自身的建设；加强对基层医务人员的专业培训，才能够真正提高病人发现率。

Study on the Socioeconomic Factors of the Low Detection Rate of Patients with Tuberculosis

To find the main socioeconomic factors of the low detection rate of tuberculosis in Chongqing region, and to provide evidence to develop the more practical and effective detection mode, patients with tuberculosis, normal resident, doctors and nurses of the tuberculosis control organization were interviewed by qualitative methods such as in-depth interview, focus group discussions and so on. The result showed the factors that influenced the detection of tuberculosis were lacking of TB-relevant health education and promotion, poor laboratory ability in TB dispensary, and poor quality of village doctors, etc. Aimed at the reasons mentioned above, the paper put some countermeasures as follows: taking effective measures to enhance health education and implementing related policy of prevention and cure; increasing the invest of government and enhancing the building of tuberculosis control organization; strengthening the profession training of the basic level medical staff.
