| 摘 要： | 目的评价血管腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张的方法及疗效。方法对包头医学院第二附属医院普外科2005年3月至2007年6月收治的62例下肢静脉曲张患者（计75条）采用下肢静脉曲张血管腔内激光闭合术治疗，并对其术前、术后的临床资料进行分析。结果1例出现皮肤灼伤，18例出现皮下淤斑，其余顺利康复。平均住院时间3d。结论血管腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张是一种疗效确切的微创手术方法，但应掌握手术适应证，注意操作方法。

A dinic study on high-dose corticosteroid for treatment of optic nerve contusion |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of optic nerve contusion with high-dose cor-ticosteroid. Methods 20 case were treated by high-dose and 20 case with convenient-dose corticosteriod, The therapy effect were analysed according to outcome visual acuity. Results The effective therapy were obtained on high-dose group at 80% and convenient-dose group at 50%. Conclusion The high-dose corticosteroid is superi-or to convenient-dose cortieosteroid in the treatment of optic nerve contusion. |
